Jim not only is a master of his vocation, but is also an extremely talented, creative, organized and honest individual.  We selected Jim as the builder of our home primarily because of his detailed process for communication and change orders, but grew to appreciate his integrity and creativity even more as the project unfolded.  As can be the case, many of our previous construction projects resulted in surprises and miscommunication because of our builders’ lack of organizational skills.  This definitely was not the case with Jim as he is an extremely detailed and very process oriented individual.

When it came to change orders and/or the customization of our home, Jim displayed a vast knowledge of his craft and was eager to offer creative solutions and suggestions to make our home one of a kind.  He was always fair in his pricing and sought to offer us the most cost effective solution while maintaining the tremendous quality of a Bankes home. 

Many other builders have since toured our home and continually comment on the sound construction, quality materials and the exceptional manner in which it was built.  Ours was definitely not a typical home with its unique custom plans and vast foundation, however, Jim was able to overcome any obstacle and built a beautiful work of art we are proud to call home.
