Meet Jim Bankes

Jim Bankes is a licensed Georgia home builder and has been a member of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association for almost two decades.  For the last fourteen years his namesake company has been constructing high-end custom homes in the north Atlanta luxury home market.  Bankes is a featured builder in Sugarloaf Country Club and The River Club.  He constructs both custom and speculative homes, which range from $700,000 to millions of dollars, and his company is equally happy to build a home based on a client's design, one modified from his designs, or an entirely new project from an architect.
